So Ms. Dandy and I are walking up the escalator at the train station on our way to work this morning, and as we’re getting to the top I notice 4 cops. As we pass them I see these cops standing over this guy sitting cross legged on the floor. This was the only part of the conversation I caught as we passed them;
Officer: “What’s your name?”
